Experience:
Mr. Nhu Van Trong has more than 20 years of experience in the field of intellectual property, of which 8 years has been involved in consulting, enforcement conflict resolution, intellectual property rights disputes, unfair competition. The main task is to advise, prepare application and pursue trademark registration complaints, cancellation/invalidation of protection certificate, investigation, market survey, recommendations, assessment, and consultation. Professional advice, drafting of petitions and preparation of application on handling of infringement of IP rights, and other related works.

In addition, Mr. Nhu Van Trong also coordinated and worked with enforcement agencies and state agencies to handle cases of intellectual property infringement nationwide.

Mr. Nhu Van Trong attended an intensive training course on intellectual property at the National Office of Intellectual Property. Before joining T&T INVENMARK, Mr. Nhu Van Trong used to work at INVENCO IP Law Firm.
