• Consulting, drafting for the assignment contracts of industrial property rights transfer in Vietnam and abroad.
• Assisting clients in completing relevant legal procedures, representing to file an application for the assignment contract with the industrial property authority.
• Consulting on commercial exploitation of intellectual property rights.

• Consulting, guiding and representing for filing applications of plant varieties protection in accordance with current laws.
• Monitoring the formality and substantive examination, publication and receipt of protection titles
• Consulting procedures for amendment, assignment and appeals related to plant varieties

• Providing legal advice and representation to handle cases of intellectual property rights infringement, including: procedures, collection of information, documents and evidences.
• Making investigation, assessing/examining and coordinating with authorities to settle dispute & infringement, especially violation of IPRs, copyright and related rights.
• Implementing customs supervision on intellectual property for import and export goods.

• Consulting and giving legal advice on the responsibilities of the parties in intellectual property rights disputes.
• Guiding, collecting documents and evidences for the settlement of intellectual property disputes at court.
• Consulting and appointing lawyers to participate in court litigation or commercial arbitration in handling the infringement IPRs, especially in patent, trademark, domain name & unfair competition.

• Making a list of applications that have been filed at Intellectual Property office,  and list of granted titles.
• Managing and promptly notifying clients on the validity period of intellectual property protection titles
• Tracking new intellectual property applications, or used intellectual property rights but considered to be infringement, issuing warnings promptly and other enforcement measures.
