With nearly 20 years of experience in intellectual property, Mr. Nguyen Hai Duong specializes in community trademarks/GIs (Collective/Certified trademark and GIs), with hundreds of community trademarks that have been protected nationwide, & participating in teaching legal expertise intellectual property law for many agencies.

Mr. Nguyen Hai Duong is also in charge of enforcement, handles IPR infringement, with dozens of complicated cases per year. He has skills and deep understanding of Vietnam's intellectual property legal system, enforcement practices and branding value.

Mr. Nguyen Hai Duong formerly worked as a foreign language lecturer. He has participated in intensive training courses on intellectual property at NOIP - Hanoi, on business legal practices at Ministry of Justice.  Before joining T&T INVENMARK, Mr. Nguyen Hai Duong had work for INVENCO IP Law Firm for 11 years.

Besides, Mr. Nguyen Hai Duong has also participated in operating 3-star hotel system, deep expertise and extensive relationships with many local authority & departments. Currently, Mr. Nguyen Hai Duong is a member of Vietnam Tourism Association Advisory Board.
