Experience:
With 6 years of experience working on intellectual property, Mr. Nguyen Duc An is in charge of the work related to applications for registration of designs, inventions, amendments, maintenance and transfer for clients in domestic & abroad. In addition, Mr. Nguyen Duc An is also responsible for assisting attorneys with other matters including preparing objection documents, drafting letters, preparing and submitting reports and official notification, drafting, preparing and translating legal documents, promoting the process of examination of patent applications and other tasks at the request of superiors.

Mr. Nguyen Duc An participated in an intensive training course on intellectual property at the National Office of Intellectual Property, and Lawyer training Course at Justice Institute.
