From 8-11 October 2016, Dr. Le Xuan Thao, Standing Member of Vietnam Lawyers Association, General Director of the company has led the delegation to attend the APAA annual conference of APAA 2016 in Bali, Indonesia.

Along with the delegation, there are representative members and experts from the Company as Ms. Bui Khanh Hang, Mr. Bui Viet Cuong, Mr. Nguyen Hai Duong, Ms. Pham Quynh Diep, Ms. Phuong Thu Van.

The Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA), was established in 1969, is a non-governmental organization to promote and strengthen the protection of intellectual property in Asia (including Australia, New Zealand…). Members of APAA included organizations and individuals practicing as patent attorneys in Asia and other recognized members from the US, Chile, Austria, Sweden,... and some scholars of intellectual property from Asia Pacific region to exchange views and information related to intellectual property protection in the region and the world.

Within the framework of the meeting, Dr. Le Xuan Thao also had a speech relating to intellectual property activities in Vietnam. With the strong development of the system of intellectual property Vietnam meeting WTO, TPP, FTA, … T&T INVENMARK desires to exchange experiences with professionals, lawyers, patent attorneys, representatives of the APAA countries participating in pushing creative activities, in line with the development of the intellectual property system in Vietnam.

Parallel to the activities of the APAA, T & T INVENMARK also joined the activities to meet the partners to exchange bilateral cooperation, focusing on registration of establishment and enforcement of intellectual property in Vietnam, intellectual property management in the enterprise.
