Experience: 
Le Xuan Thao is the founder of T&T INVENMARK International Intellectual Property Company.

Le Xuan Thao used to work at the NOIP of Vietnam, Director of the Center for Innovation Support and Protection of Industrial Property Rights,
Director of the Vietnam Technical Innovation Support Fund (VIFOTEC), Member of the Association. National Lawyers Council, President of INVENCO Intellectual Property Company (INVENCO).

Currently, Le Xuan Thao is a Standing Member of the Vietnam Lawyers Association, Standing Vice President of VIFOTEC Foundation, a member of the Presidium of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, a Member of Hanoi Bar Association, a member of Executive Committee of the Anti-counterfeiting and Trademark Protection Vietnam, Director of T&T INVENMARK International Intellectual Property Company (T&T INVENMARK).

With more than 35 years of experience in Intellectual Property, a deep understanding of the IP legal system of many countries in the world and Vietnam, extensive relationships with central agencies, Le Xuan Thao has handled thousands cases on IP rights protection of both domestic and foreign clients.
